ObjectAviation has officially launched its new CRM and ERP solution, revolutionizing how FBOs and aviation businesses manage their operations—combining fuel sales, service tracking, inventory, and customer management into a single, intuitive platform.

Designed for the aviation industry, ObjectAviation’s unified system gives FBOs a modern operational backbone. At its core, the CRM module centralizes client relationships, capturing key contacts, billing information, notes, aircraft associations, and payment preferences. This allows aviation businesses to manage recurring clients, such as flight schools and charter operators, with monthly billing and full visibility over past activity.

On the operational side, the platform includes a full ERP suite—covering fuel inventory, hangar management, service pricing policies, and maintenance tracking. The blue and green icon design visually separates day-to-day flight activity from strategic tasks like pricing policy updates and inventory tracking.

With ObjectAviation’s real-time inventory system, FBOs can track stock levels for each fuel type, view historical pricing, and set customer-specific rates. This granular control has been especially useful for businesses managing different fuel types like Jet A and 100LL across multiple clients and aircraft.

Clients benefit too. Each operator can see a full overview of their aircraft, fuel orders, and billing history through the CRM interface. Staff can quickly generate invoices or set notes like “Billed monthly” to streamline financial management.
