ObjectAviation Expands Global Ties at SDC 2025 in New Orleans
ObjectAviation, a rising force in FBO technology, deepened global connections and explored new integrations during the 2025 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference (SDC), held in New Orleans.
The annual SDC event brought together aviation professionals from across the world to discuss the future of scheduling, ground handling, and FBO operations. For ObjectAviation, the conference provided a strategic opportunity to showcase the flexibility of its digital platform and to expand partnerships with both domestic and international stakeholders.
Over the course of the event, ObjectAviation engaged in high-level business conversations with the industry's top fuel distributors: Avfuel, Phillips 66, and Titan Aviation Fuels. These meetings focused on streamlining fuel logistics and aligning digital tools with the day-to-day workflows of FBOs. The discussions also explored potential future integrations that would allow FBOs to automatically link fuel orders, pricing, and inventory with ObjectAviation’s platform, creating a seamless operational experience for both schedulers and ramp staff.
A notable highlight of the conference was a meeting with Sara Hellon of Aviation Week, who has followed ObjectAviation’s development since its inception. The exchange reflected not only on the platform’s steady growth but also on its increasing relevance across multiple sectors of aviation management. Sara is expected to highlight ObjectAviation’s participation in her upcoming industry coverage, helping to increase the platform’s visibility in strategic markets.
Beyond fuel partners, ObjectAviation connected with FBOs and aviation companies from more than 10 U.S. states and held key meetings with representatives from Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, Italy, and Canada. These conversations explored the adaptability of ObjectAviation's system in a range of operational contexts—from high-traffic business jet centers to seasonal and event-driven general aviation terminals. The growing interest from international stakeholders underscores ObjectAviation’s potential to serve a broader market with flexible, region-specific configurations.
The team also took part in a series of hands-on educational sessions, including:
- Mastering the Art of Scheduling – addressing advanced coordination across dynamic schedules and fleet types.
- Scheduling 101 – a foundational refresher on industry best practices for daily scheduling operations.
- Handling 101 – insights on managing aircraft arrivals, departures, and customer satisfaction at the line level.
- Fueling Your Operations – a timely session on fueling logistics, digital tracking, and safety compliance.
These sessions reaffirmed ObjectAviation’s strategic roadmap, providing real-world insights into what schedulers and dispatchers need most from a digital platform. Many of the ideas discussed are already being explored by ObjectAviation’s product development team as part of upcoming feature releases.
SDC 2025 was a turning point,
said Bruno Campos, founder of ObjectAviation. It validated the vision we’ve been building toward: giving FBOs, schedulers, and dispatchers smarter tools to handle complex operations—whether they’re coordinating fuel deliveries, managing ramp services, or preparing for a week of heavy arrivals.
With its successful presence at SDC 2025, ObjectAviation continues to prove its relevance and innovation in aviation technology, positioning itself as a trusted solution for the evolving challenges faced by FBOs and ground operations worldwide.
